WHEN WILL IT BE OUR TURN?

Image
When will it be our turn now? Yea, make it as they do say now. Let the turn turn to us, To bring all for us as horse. When will it be our turn sir? You want them to die with it sir? Let not the race of success turn to war, Yeah, don't let them abuse it as whore. When will it be our turn to lead? Yea! If the youngest ones can outshine even with beads. Hmm, how will one overlook that? When they are always neat with their hats. When will it be our turn ma? Stop! Not requested! The caress of shoulder. Man, do as asked your precious Ma! Share love without a touch on a paining shoulder. When will it be our turn to takeover? With the aim of not quickly seeing a game over. Yes, the focus mustn't be on Stones, If really planned to be on thrones. When will it be our turn of no hate? Too long, we continue to anticipate. Let the turns turn right! To us, turn not to fight. Let them turn right!

Balancism

BALANCISM From morning till evening, Always, exists a sign of being blind. From yesterday to tomorrow, There will always be a sign to arrow. Yeah, to put our antagonists to sorrow As the air blows without hate, It disburses timely breathe with good fate No one complains for the air given; Even, when they dilute it with the forbidden. Just as the sun in daylight It shines to bring all things bright Foods grow without complaints Even, when the sun is not eulogized with paints Like the moon and stars At night, everyone shines beyond the bars With the cool breeze, Everyone rests not to freeze Like the water rushing from the valley None is seen to come in Demi They rush without pay to fetch its infants Who cares for the sources if not biting as ants? Like God, the Almighty ! Everyone believes to be mighty. He that creates Male and Female Many still see Him as weight, Whenever He brings a plus or minus. Well, the balancist, I am! My theory is balancism! No...

Education without Liberation

This is an exclusive thoughts of someone, Mr Jubril Ayoola who is a learning scholar in  Nigeria, concerning the then colonial master's and the ruled. Thus it emphasizes: One of first few questions I asked myself when I started to rationalize is "Why Was I Born in this Nation", "Why am I not white". I started to relate with my childhood friends and schoolmates at a very tender age only to realize I am not the only one with that mentality. Later when I was around age 10, when I started attending Luth CMUL staff school I accepted the fact that I am black not because I willing wanted to but because I realized again that I have no choice but to accept that reality. Relating with my friends made me discover how much so many of them kept denying themselves attribution to our nationality or continent as whole. We're still young but we have this mentality, acceptance or denying, our inert feelings wish we were not of this nation. We feel this way not because w...
