It has come to my notice since that many believers still practice what they believe no more, but, I just gained the privilege to take it to writing so as to express my view. As a popular Yoruba proverb says “A kìí ka ilé òrìşà kún ìlú”. One can imagine how diverse the Yoruba tribe is. As well, one can connote that the tribe believes that human beings are different from deities or idols. Basically, here I justify too that believing in one religious conception is also practicing it. Extensively, let me take some Yorubas as example (I’m also included), they believe in some old religious myths which are always outside their belief of either Christianity or Islam.
