DO THESE TO FEEL HAPPY AT ALL TIME

Image
1. Stay positive and choose to feel better.  Remember it could always be worse. 2. Watch what you eat.  Garbage in equals garbage out . Deep down you know what is good for you and what is not. When in doubt, go with less processed and more fresh foods. 3.  Exercise on a regular basis.  No matter what your fitness level, keep moving. Be aware of the mind-body connection and try to do something healthy for your body each day. Your brain will thank you by making you feel better. 4. Acknowledge that you are a spiritual creature and that you are part of something bigger than yourself. 5. Meditate. Take a few moments each day to quiet your mind and focus on your breath. When the mind is quiet we can experience inner peace and let the troubles of the world go. Even if just for a minute. 6. Remember the golden rule. Treat the people in your life like you wish to be treated. Show them respect and kindness. And don't criticize, condemn, or complain. Ever. 7. S...

WHAT HAS THIS WORLD TURNED TO ?

Image
Always, things as the TOPIC keep on bothering my mind about this World to the extent that I brought out my Pen to write and share my views on the issue: "What Has This Life or World Turned to ?" exactly. The main reason I am writing this is to put Light on most things (Evils or Darkness) going on in this world to be all examined by me and you whether Good they are or not. And why they need to be corrected... Most of those things I am talking about are attractive (e.g womanizing, money ritual etc) but less educative, Moralless, Unjustified and totally not acceptable to get Continued for they will destroy the world or us in one way or the other. These things are known to be bad ones in the society to me and you but they will be seen as good to black hearted people or Evils as they never wish to disclose them for their own profit. Some of these (bad) things include: lies, conflicts, Prostitutions, Stealing, disobedience to God's words (Commandments), corruption, Wa...
